一、单元教材及学情分析:

本单元的话题是询问和表达感受或者感觉。这个话题与学生的日常生活密切相关,场景易于创设。在教学中,教师要结合生活中的情景,让学生在角色扮演中学会关心帮助他人。让学生学会运用句型What’ s the matter? Are you ill?以及应答。

六、教学过程:

Step 1. Warming up

1.     Sing a song"How are you?

Step 2. Pre-reading

1.Know about some words of feeling

2.     Learn the sentence"What's the matter? to ask feelings

Step 3.While-reading

1.Watch and choose

①Watch the cartoon and choose the answer of "What's the matter with Taotao?

②Learn the words: thirsty, tired,ill

2.Read and underline

①Taotao is thirsty , what does he want?

②Taotao is tired ,too.what does he want?

3.Let’s find

Read and cicle the sentence

How do Mum and Dad care for helpTaotao ?

4.Listen and repeat

5.Enjoy reading

Read by yourselves and then in roles.

6.Dub the story.

7.Act out the story.
